then it wouldn\'t be that fun, it\'s better to don\'t have restrictions or limitations, that way you can do different tactics

I think it would be much more fun, if you could set the rules in a league yourself in the future. Than would bring more dynamic to the different seasons.
Fuel, Tyres, KERS nad stuff could be part of that.

There was a lot of discussion, during development, about league managers setting the rules.
I think this was decided against although when the friendly leagues are implimented there might be a degree more control available there.
