Inactive host

hello, I’m not to sure where to post this but I would like to take ownership of the  League I’m in,the name of the league is (Race around the Globe) the owner has been inactive for 20 days now, I have been in for almost a month now if I recall correctly. Any help would be great thanks! 

P.S the reason I’m making this is because the request league host button isn’t working for some reason.

It's because you got promoted.  While you technically never left the league, changing tiers does reset the counter.

So does that stop me being eligible  for league owner?

Yes and no. You won't be able to take over hosting the league by using the 'become league host' button, before you have completed 20 consecutive races in the same tier. Theoretically, you can become league host if the current host transfers the hosting to you. But that probably won't happen since he's inactive. Another way is to ask iGP to transfer the hosting to you. Which is probably the best way to move ahead now.
