How much time does a ticket need to get noticed ?

I opened a ticket 2 days ago and I have been given an answer yet. How much does it take to get an answer, especially since there are some money involved. I payed twice for a subscribtion and it only shows once. I have receipts to prove it.

If this is how iGP decides to threat paying customers, then it's nothing left to say. I will PM Andrew and Jack. If they don't respond it means iGP is like a bottomless sack, every money put into it is swallowed. You pay 10 subscribtions, they take 10, don't bother to give your money back. In your case I understood it was some reward points involved. In my case real money.

I only suggested that some sort of feedback is needed to avoid the very problem you are having.

my problem is fully described in the helpdesk ticket. I still haven't got my reward points,so it has not been addressed
