League filtering change

Previously the league select page would show all leagues, including those that are full to capacity on the list by default. I have reversed how this operates so that they are hidden by default, and the option is now to show them instead.

The reason for this is because the entire first page for new users was showing completely full leagues, whereas now the whole first page will be leagues that they can join.

This announcement is here just in case anyone is confused by the change and can't find a league they were looking for on the list.
