Have it you can only buy staff at the level of your office.

Drivers is still fair game. But CD/TD/DR are driven by this.

What a great idea.

There does need to be some other use for the office/hospitality.

Once a manager starts getting staff from the transfer market, then there is no real need to upgrade the office.

Not really because as usual, it will benefit higher level, stronger managerss and punish lower level managers. Pretty much as it is now. It won't change anything, the order will stay the same.

The only way to shake things up is by introducing more variables, a random unco-operative back marker who doesn't move out of the way when being lapped for example.

I think maybe morale should not be trained but based of this too. It will help faster training. Slow newer managers a way to get a better driver.  But the morale needs to effect the racer some how.

No mater what you do you will always benefit long term players. But that’s Racing.  Teams have to improve.

But it’s a pointless area right now.

Hi Paul.

I'm not sure how this would benefit high level managers. A Level 12 CD designing a car for a L12 team is more effective than a L19 CD designing a car for a L20 team. My new account is level 14 competing against L20 managers and my car is usually one of the strongest at the beginning of the season, it's the low level Technology facility (Boost & DRS) that lets me down during the race. It's still enjoyable trying to get one of my cars to finish in the points

By linking the staff level to the Offices & Hospitality facility instead of directly to the Managaer level gives a reason to upgrade this building. Currently there is no incentive to upgrade.

Not bad but would make lower level of managers have an even bigger disadvantage

Slightly off topic here but this is why I suggested in another thread, taking DRS out of hq and placing it under the design points section. It would allow you to produce a higher level DRS more quickly than if it was under hq, admittedly at the expense of something else but its swings and roundabouts...

Car development is what F1 is about.  Teams struggle to compete unless it’s got right.  I cam in to the game a novice and got to elite in my first 2 championships. I have stayed there and now too 5 finish most seasons.  So it’s not that disadvantaged. Pick the right stuff to dev first.

Ps.i have never spent real money either to boost my development.
