Drivers Championship given to previous team.

Earlier in this season, I dropped R Graça who was then picked up by MC Racing. The league ended with R Graça winning the Driver's Championship but instead of MC Racing being credited in the Driver's Championship, my team recieved the honour instead cause he was originally my driver

I'll report a similar case here if you don't mind.

As you can see in the standings here, I was leading the driver standings with K Gavde,then changed my driver to S Ganem (the last driver in the list) before the last race of that season. The problem is that neither me nor anyone else was awarded the DC cup that season, which I think is not correct.
