Academy to recruit staff

It would be nice to have an academy for staff, we could use tokens to hire and recruit staff. The CD Abilities could be random like when you try and get drivers. However, they should be a way to train TD, CD and doctors. This could be through experience gained etc.  

Would help in getting better cds but would give top teams a lot more money a race

Would this just be a way of getting staff for a lower salary?

My understanding is the actual attributes of the staff has no influence on anything other than salary.
The Morale is the only thing that a manager can increase, while the experience just increases with races.

If the Attributes somehow influenced the pitstop times, then an academy to recruit and train staff maybe beneficial.

I think this has been suggested before. It doesn't make it a bad idea though, I really like it. 
There are several ideas floating around which would, I think be quite easy to implement (I may well be wrong on that though) 

Having a pit crew that could be trained - either through Development Points or Training like driver training, the better they are, the faster the pitstop - yes, I know fuel would be the deciding factor in real life but we're not dealing with real life here - most pitstops tend to be similar times, it would be good to see someone gain places through a fast stop. It could even have the effect of altering strategies, if someone has a super fast crew they might go for a 4 stop instead of a 3 stop if it was designed so that there were enough time differences

I still like my idea of a trophy room, displaying trophies for race wins and championships, available for everyone to see so that when people are thinking of joining a league, looking at a teams trophy room would give you a visual idea of how good they were, each championship trophy when clicked could take you to that season and the race results etc
