Ok so if you watched the 2019 Italian Grand Prix Qualifying Sebastian Vettel in Q3 Qualy did a lap which he exceeded the track limit all 4 tyres over the white line - which according to FIA is an invalid lap time and should have been deleted. But FIA bailed out under pressure and didn't penalize Vettel. This was a crucial lap for Vettel as this was the only lap set by him in Q3 due to the farcical 2nd run in Q3. Which if Vettel was penalized would have sent him to p10 for race start.
Now Leclercs turn this time in actual race. Leclerc forced Hamilton off the track while defending to stop Hamilton from overtaking, he was given black and white flag warning so called yellow card but actually no action or penalty was given. Previously for same action others drivers were given 5 second time penalty for instance Max Verstappen last season!
Then Leclerc missed his breaking point locked up and cut the corner went over the sleeping policeman ramps while under pressure from Hamilton from behind and kept the position! FIA took no action what so ever but in past the driver doing so has to give position away and then can challenge back for the lead. Similar thing happened last season between Max and Seb. Seb was very vocal on radio and as max didn't give position back was given time penalty.
So why was all 3 decisions for the above actions not penalized or given alternative penalty. Do you think this was correct, fair and consistent decisions by FIA?
