Buying transfers

Hi,

Went to go and buy a new CD today but noticed when I click into someone the option to buy them is greyed out, both bidding and buying outright. It's the same for all staff and drivers. 

Am I missing something? Not been an issue before.

Do you have enough money in your account?

Had this happen multiple times you just have to wait a while. But it's a pain 

I do. Although I do get the option when logging in via my laptop, but not on my phone. Weird.

When this has happened  to me it is when i am close to moving up a level (eg going from 10 to 11 and player in the market is already a 11) putting them as red but showing as 5 star in transfer  market all you can do is shortlist till you get to that level

Sorry I've only just seen this.

Without making any changes it now seems to be working on my phone, albeit it takes a few moments for the Bid buttons to appear, but means I can now bid on new staff.
