I know it can be used to attempt to clone parts that were spied on, but what other purpose or benefit does it have? 10 mil is a lot of money, gotta know what it does before I decide.

DRS for 10mil at lvl 4 and KERS for 20mil at lvl 6.
So I guess you should buy it when you reach lvl 4.
