A level 20 or level 19 pilot?

Now comes the second part.
I don't know what to do, it seems like a simple question.

But the level 19 has all the attributes at the top and 4 and a half stars.
The level 20 also has all the levels at the top but 5 stars.

Both are talented 20.

Which one will be faster?

At those levels the difference in performance is too minuscule and can only be exploited while on a live race.
