Crap Qualifying No performance

i dont understand why my qualifying is so rubbish, im a level 20 manager with talent 20 drivers and yet im still getting beat by level 12 and 15 managers..Of course i concentrate on the big 4, race pace is also rubbish.Also it never puts the fuel in that i do in setup ??
Is there a bug on my account because im also not able to change any account settings ??
If no help, can you delete my account, cause i dont see the point in continuing if my stats dont make no difference....

Frustration is a killer for sure...Quitting and starting over will just get you back to where you are right now... I was once there....    Here is what I found; 

After playing the game for just over a year I can, with absolute certainty tell you that there are hundreds of factors that affect live racing performance in different ways.  You seem to be aware of the basics, but this game is so much more in depth that that.  If you haven`t yet, read Joey`s guides, especially the advance guide located in the `help and support`forum.  You`ll appreciate your own frustrations after reading through it.  

For now, be aware that practices purpose is simply to allow your drivers to choose their preferred set up and qualy`s are for the most part random algorithm with little base from your car development...  That`s it!!  Neither one of them will have any  barrings whatsoever on how  your driver(s) are going to perform come race day.  

But it puts the right tyres?
When do you set fuel? pre practise? Do u do practise laps at all?

On qualy speed:
- Do u think u are slow all the time? Only at season end?
- How is developent of your and your opponents cars?
- Suppliers?
- Repair? Engine replacement each race?

So much questions...
