is there any way of looking at all lap times during a race rather than just your own drivers

As far as I'm aware, you can see everyone's last  lap tines on the tablet/Browser but on phone you can only see you, the person in front, and the person behind. 
After the race, you can see every lap for every tier member by clicking on the time next to a driver's name in the race results.

Don’t play on phone cause it sucks, chose a tablet or something with a bigger screen
