Nothing at the moment, but soon it will be the case that they get completely reset (balance reset, drivers and staff leave etc.). I will announce it when this functionality is added.

How do we deal with inactives in rookie then?

League hosts can kick them from the league.

I just want to clarify exactly what will happen to someone like me.
I was \'relegated\' but have plenty money and was progressing (if somewhat slowly) so i should make a better go of this season.

If I am relegated and have to start all over again then I know will just end up at the bottom again, and will continue to find no way out.
This will be beyond disheartening for most player, who would just not play anymore.

My point is - can the \'complete reset\' be optional - Please!?
It is a very good idea if you are massively in debt or have made some really stupid choices though, so I do agree with the principle.

Jake,Rules are rules.

If you are sure of your relegation, then try some silly things and spend those money which you had saved for next season, since your account will have a reset.

Well, in this case I have to say, that this \'rule\' may be somehow annoying. What if I had a pretty bad start and in mid-season decide to focus on next year to get a competitive car, exactly like Honda did in 2008 and resulted in the extraordinary BrawnGP? All that would be for nothing.
If all is reset, I lose the drivers I trained during the season (like all others did, too) and might not be able to hire them again (lvl4). I also get desigs with just 10% while all others surely will have invested more; disadvantages all the way down. I am destined to end at the bottom again.

An optional reset is absolutely fine for players, that have made really bad decisions, but forcing them might ruin their personal game, I think. At least I wouldn\'t mind spending another day here, if my progress is completely taken away.

I agree that the reset should be optional.

I will have learnt a lot & invested heavily in the team & staff. I do not want a compulsory reset.

Optional for the league host or for the user who is relegated?

Optional for the player who is relegated??

Yes, please. Optional for the player when relegated.

Thank you

May I say as well, that it is refreshing to have this sort of dialogue with the developers. Long may this continue.

Optional for the relegated player sounds sensible to me. +1

+1 agree too....optional reset.....

focusing on a point jack made about hosts kicking from a league....

what is stopping a host kicking, say for example, a player who is above him (assuming he is in the league) to either a) up a place, or b) avoid relegation?

i know no1 at this stage would do something like that....but it appears the option is open?

perhaps either a majority vote in the league, or) needs to be justied by a mod or something?

paranoid much?

If something like this were to happen, I can\'t imagine most of the league managers wanting to stay in the league.  It seems that it would become a ghost town and the host would have learned a lesson.

I only have about 3 races here, I joined in here on monday I think. Because it\'s the end of the season I did\'t have time to build up the car. Thus it\'t wouldn\'t be fair to reset all, I have a good base for next season.

It looks like your first race is on the 8th?

Nothing will happen to you - the red and green areas are only of interest to completed seasons.

I also would be interested to know when the 'program' organises the teams for the new seasons?
