League trouble

Hello, my league have been facing a bug which prevents people from getting relegated after a season end for some time already and that causes a permanent problem with more than 32 cars on the starting grid.

32 cars=16 teams on a 2-car league. I don`t see the issue here. That`s the norm as far as I know.  

If you don`t have enough players by the end of the season no one will be relegated. 

You seem to have enough players in elite now. 

A part of me is thinking "wow cool, imagine if you can get 50+ managers in the same race :D"
But yeah that's an odd bug, I bet mods will soon flag this for the devs/techs.

Specifically if someone joins at the last race, and is unable to run that race due to having participated in another league race less than 24 hours before, they won't be relegated come the next season. Since up to 2 managers may still be promoted from the lower tier, that can mean a tier may have more than 32 cars at the beginning of next season.

Some leagues allow this due to managers who join mid season but don't want to be relegated due to having an uncompetitive car.

Take a closer look at my league and you will see that I have 17 players in elite atm and it's one player have already left the league. So it was 18 yesterday and it was 18 at the beginning of the previous season.

I can clearly see what you mean Fox. What Nick is saying, what Connor is saying and What I'm saying is that there're circumstances that makes this a normal event. Because it doesn't happen often enough, it's not much talked about.  

Yes, this happens also at me. I joined before Abu Dhabi and I did not went down to Pro. I was not allowed to start at Abu Dhabi, because uf 24h-rule.

It's not caused by people joining the league before the Abu Dhabi race, that is an occuring problem which happens every season no matter if there are new people in elite tier or not

Then what's the problem?
