Just the thoughts of a regular player. Would it be possible to make it that a chief director can be retrained in his strength. Obviously i’d Suggest for a high amount of tokens as it’s a massive change to make. If possible i’d Love it if we could train them as well
Actually doing this rather than relying on getting designers with appropriate strength and weaknesses would make it easier to have the best design at the start of the next season.
