NAN Finances, and no health increase

I got the ad, but after my finances read NAN, and I did not get the health increases

I have cleared the cache and rebooted the game, still get the problem

Been like it for about 7 hours now!! So guess we will be missing out on out bonuses today which will hurt a few of my teams!!

I’m also experiencing this....a lot. The other problem I’ve recently started experiencing is session timing out

I am also having this issue, but you can work around it.

1. start the app fresh
2. watch a video, such as free healing (only watch one)
3. go to another page, such as home ("session expired" will pop up, click home again)
4. go back to training and watch another video
5. repeat until done

If you do it this way you can watch all your videos, and "nan" won't appear. Definitely annoying, but at least you can watch videos until it's fixed. 

I have worked out these short term fixes, but feel we should not have to jump hoops to get to play the game, this bug needs to be fixed, orherwise people will lose interest in the game, which is a shame, but is the truth in the technology desiring society we live in

I agree completely. I finished by saying "Definitely annoying, but at least you can watch videos until it's fixed". I have no doubt they will get it sorted out. 

Yep thats works but doing that 15 times over fo all of your teams makes it a full day just doing this!!

Was running still getting the session error tho, 

Since the NaN issue was sorted my races have been freezing alot during race, making it near impossible to manage ?, and today I got the "session expired " message

I haven't checked, but if you haven't already, please create a new thread or post in an existing thread if one exists if you're experiencing freezing! Thank you! :)

The freezing issue seems to have stopped now, it only happened in a couple of races, the last 2 races have been fine, thanks
