Car reset to 0% developed for next year?

Hi Guys,
So I had my next season car design up to about 40%. The season just ended and now my new car is 0% developed in all areas!!!! It is now called 3A...
Any thoughts?

Jack should have taken care of it already, if not, send him a PM. He posted on your league page about fixing things and to PM him if they were not right

Nothing happened still 3A and 9% even though i was at 30 something last season...
