Promotion

In our league we have been just under 16 players in pro for the past 3 seasons so their ehas been no promotion to elite. It's hard to find new pro players to join. I think that if the numbers are below 20 in pro then the amount of players promoted from rookie should be increased. It would stop people getting bored of the game who are stuck in pro. People keep leaving, I'm guessing for this reason so the problem never gets sorted 

Don't you message them to find out why they left? We do. 

The league i'm in has a similar issue with just 6 managers currently in pro, last season we started with 9 but 3 were automatically removed for inactivity.... what's worst is that our rookie tier has only 2 managers currently. There should be a way to have managers promote from rookie and pro until the elite is full, it'll keep more active managers going.

I've won our last two Pro seasons but with not enough managers left at the end of the season i'm stuck here, of course it makes it easier to win races with little competition being a level ahead of the next manager, but it also means it'll take ages before i can gain another level.

The trouble with promoting without a full enough division is that you can't be sure the teams promoted are strong enough. You need to beat adequate competition because if you go up when only a few teams compete, you may well find yourself coming back down very quickly. 

Even if you do come back down after a season, you'd have the chance to gain more xp. plus it could be a way to fill the pro tier for the leagues that struggle to have enough managers.
