I finished tonight’s race 1st & 6th, but gained 0 level xp, -7411 reputation, although I still have 7000+ reputation.
I have definitely lost & certainly not gained any xp though.
Can anyone explain?
I also have a screenshot of the ‘Race Review’ that I can share, if required
Tonight I’ve hit my target & gained the right xp & reputation - very odd night last night.
Can this be rectified before tomorrow’s race please, as I should level up if I hit my target in tomorrow’s race
Hi Nathan, apologies for any confusion this bug may have caused. You were shown the incorrect level experience and reputation values. This is a bug that does not have any material impact. You did receive the level experience you normally earn in each race (base 40xp plus 20*the gap in level between you and the highest level player). I've added 6 tokens to your account to apologize for any inconvenience.

Thanks for replying & for the tokens.
I believe I received 0 XP following Sunday night’s race & the ‘Race Report’ confirmed this (again I have a copy of this I can share if you’d like).
I usually receive 160 XP per race whether hitting the sponsor target or not.

The race report shown has displayed the wrong information in the past in the exact same way you had seen it. It's a rare issue that hasn't been pinned down yet, but refreshing the page or visiting the URL (https://igpmanager.com/app/d=raceReview) shows the correct information.
Thanks for confirming. I’ve just used the link, however this only shows the previous race (last night). The issue happened Sunday night (possibly Saturday - whenever I first reported the issue in help & tips)
Sadly I still believe I’ve not received any / the correct amount of XP from that particular race as I know I’d of levelled up by now.
Are you able to confirm how much XP I gained or provide a link to that race report page please Yunis?

Hi Nathan, I can't revisit the race results displayed on the day the problem occurred. I have requested one of the developers to check the system that you have received the experience and will also request them to write here of their findings.

I went through the data and looked for any discrepancies, and it only confirmed the advice that has already been given. You did receive the XP but there was a glitch in the interface which misleadingly indicated that it had not been awarded. Looking at your account and the full history all of the data is correct.
