I know that the thrust must be carried in the middle, in the center to not overheat or cool but I would like to know why to increase the thrust and put it at maximum the pilot runs more if then the needle becomes red.

It shouldn't be like that because if I overheat as I've read it loses rhythm.

Can be true to a degree, however I am not sure whether I am not misunderstanding something here. A higher push obviously enhances overtaking especially in corners, so actually keeping a low push on straights is vital... so effectively cooling tyres on straights gives a massive benefit to pushing in slow bits later on. However I am not quite sure what this apparent rhythm breaker is which you have mentioned...
