Watching an offline league test, I noticed that several bots leave a significant amount of kers at the end of the race.
OK when the leader leaves it (it would not change the test result, but could make the best lap). But there are cases of 2nd place having Kers, having the chance to overtake and still not using Kers.
Has it always happened (and I never noticed) or started now?
Note: The drivers are "experienced" (level 19 and 20).

I'd say it's always been like this, sometimes the drivers without managers finish their boost before the race is over or finish the race with a little or a lot left over.
Typically, the ones who finish their boost are usually those who do something I call "Rage KERS".
They use up a significant amount of their boost after being overtaken.

Really "drivers without radio" like to return overtaking using Kers.
They can't wait for the next lap to try to overtake with the DRS. ??♂
