What did you try to do?
I'm trying to run a test lap
What happened instead?
I get tyre use 100% and fuel use = 0.
This is happening more and more

When you refresh the page or leave the page and come back to view your practice laps, does the correct tyre wear and time appear?

Hi, no, it doesn't correct it.
I understand the first suggestion to everything these days is to clear the cache, but this is not a cache thing

What would the cookies have to do with it? Every time I have a problem the first thing I do is clear the whole thing as I know you guys always ask for that, whether that is the problem or not (99 out 100 times it isn't), and test it in 2 other browsers, as well as another machine. In the lap testing case, it's not possible to test in many other browsers as you'd run out of test laps.
This happens in one lap usually, not all of them, it just robs you of a test lap, and as we only have 5, it's a lot to lose. It doesn't happen in every race, but when it happens it is annoying.
As we are unable to go back to the race testing, I can't give you any specifics for you to check in your logs

Hi Patricio, clearing cookies can also help resolve a particular problem. It also helps us to ensure all the easiest options are addressed when we request cache and cookies to be cleared.
