Does anybody know if there is a way to look at your previous year's performance in races?

Do you mean previous Season?

If so then go to:-
League/Previous race
Click on season button and choose the season before the present one
It will bring up all the previous season results in race order
Make sure you view the correct tier

Is there a way to review results from a previous league? I've recently moved leagues, and would like to retrieve old race data.

Go to your previous league's info page for the appropriate tier, then click Schedule from above the points table. You can navigate to the races from there.
