I lost one of my driver..

Hello
I have a problem i bought one driver (19 years, 5 stars, 9 tokens by immediate purchase and 5 millions..)
I prepare the race with him and when i back on the game (20minutes later) he was lost.
He left my team whithout any compensation..

Can you help me ?
