I think it would be cool if once a quarter or year there was a league specifically where only Elite league champions come together for a season to see who is the top manager in the entire game globally.

Good idea and tbh you could do that across all divisions. Maybe start a poll with the question then once you have the results of said poll send it to the devs

Not everyone can race at the same time though. Not everyone likes the same distance. We already have the AOR championship although I don't know when that is going to be on again
