DRS and Test Lap Deactivation

I was wondering two things. 1, why when i do test runs does it say test laps are unavailable and 2, why in races does it say that manual DRS is unavialable?

Test lap review was disabled due to instability.  It will be implimented again when other problems are dealt with.
To code and impliment a system that tells you it doesn't work is time consuming.  Reading the forums should have alerted you to the problem as this was discussed yesterday - sorry you missed it.

What's a backmarker?
Sorry but i'm portuguese and there are a few english words which i dont know.

a backmarker is basically a car running at the back of the grid

but,how to use the DRS?

if you have 2d race view, you can see when the DRS is activated. I think automatic DRS is the best way to avoid late timing when using it.
