What did you try to do?
So I bought the 8 coins 10 engines deal and I have not recieved the engines after more than 1 hour I have tried restarting the app and it hasn't worked.

What happened instead?
Nothing changed I still don't have my 10 engines I purchased.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?

What is the model of your device?
Samsung A50

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
A505FNXXS2ASJ1 (latest software version)

Can the bug be reproduced?
Not sure

Hi guys, you should each have 10 engines now. Please try to clear the cache in the app in your iGP Manager account's settings to help clear any issues, as it may avoid this problem in the future. Thank you!
