What is the benifit of building up the “offices and hospitality” portion of your headquarters? It says it raises staff morale, but what benifit does that bring? It doesn’t seem as obvious as all the others, as more research points, more parts, more boost, more effective DRS, better training results, and better drivers scouted are all very straightforward, but there’s no indication of what higher morale actually does to make me want to invest in it?
