I've just removed the previous 24 hour training limit for staff and drivers. It should be the case now that they can be trained after each race that you participate in. That means you could train them just before a race and again just after it, but only if you participated in the race.

This gets around the need for enforcing a 24 hour threshold as the races you participate in will be regulated to one a day. But it enables you flexibility to train whenever you want between races.

It's a long story about why that limit had to be enforced in the first place, to prevent league-hopping antics some people were using to get extra training. With this method we should now have the best of both, no exploits and freedom to train when you want.

i'm in an everyday league, and trained my driver after the last race, our next race is in 20mins, so i should be able to train my driver again right ?

but it says ''You may train this driver again after the next race that you participate in''

Not if you trained them after the last race. If it was before it, yes.

does that mean i have to skip training the driver after the next race (today) then train him before tommorrow's race so i can train him again after the race ?

The 24 hour rule was lifted in order to give people the opportunity to pick whenever they'd like to train their drivers, instead of being forced to do it within a very limited period of time. This has nothing to do with the amount of times you are allowed train your driver, it is still only possible to train them once between each race. Now you just have the option to, let's say, train your driver 30 minutes before a race and then 10 minutes after it.

So like Jack said, as soon as you have trained your driver after a race, you'll need to wait till the next race is over in order to train him again as you can only do one training session between races.
