Train/create staff

I would like the ability to train staff in a similar fashion to drivers, maybe at a much slower rate. Also a feature similar to test track that creates young drivers for staff members, perhaps a few new buildings for it.

Putting a simple yes no poll up first and depending on whether or not it’s a popular idea we can maybe hash out the finer points.

Ps if this has come up before please let me know of the outcome of said discussion 

Iv said this about pit crew. Train your fuel guy, ture crew, jack man and then you get varied pit stops in race
