Wages of Chief Designer / Technical Director / Doctor

How much do you pay to these "leeches" for race?

I want to save some money and im trying to reduce wages with staff members (gonna sack them and hire new ones at 1/2 the wage, i hope) !
They keep turning down offers, the bitches...

I'm in level 4.

Don't pay for the technical director and the marketing dude. Auto sign them for $1.000 per race. They don't do anything, not implemented yet.

I don't even have a CM or TD. Don't need them really if you know fuel loads.

Doctors don't have any affect either, you can Auto-Sign this position as well. Only staffer that's really important is the Chief Designer.

Some believe that a good doctor slows down the rate at which your drivers lose skill

Does the skill level of Technical Director affects the speed of pit stops? Or it's purely up to engineers and mechanics' skill level?

In my experience the Tech Director does not influence pit stops

Despite the fact that they dont affect the game at the moment, will they have any influence later on, on future updates...?
