Change statistic requirement

Just now i want to have a look about my statistics, then i found that the number one has 96 Titel with his Team. Most Titles only in One Race Championships. Thats a pity for Racers, who fight a whole season for a title. In my opinion this is a kind of cheating to to top ranking. Maybe you can think about some requirements. Actually i dont care they "cheat"to the first position, but in my opinion on this way the statistics is useless.

This is a quirk about the system when people can join a league at any point in the championship.

Perhaps the championship should be split into the different tiers.
