Choosing staff

Hello.

It would be great if we could choose the qualities and characteristics of the staff, mainly the "Chief Designer".

We should be able to search the type of Chief Designer that we want (transfer list). For example: I want a Chief Designer with a specific quality/specialty and a specific handicap/limitation… I should be able to search this person by his specific qualities.

Is this going to be possible in the future?

Staff are very busy and they usually answer, but you should be patient.

I agree with you, but I think Devs should improve all the search system, not only related to staff.
