Live Race Viewer and Quick Race don't work

What did you try to do?
Try to attend race live or take part in Quick Race using fixed line network (i.e. not mobile data)

Started happening approx 2 weeks ago. I am based in Sydney AU

What happened instead?
Live Race viewer gets to 50% then stops. Quick Race just greys out the Quick Race option then I have to click on Home or another option to exit

iPhone 6, Mac OS and Windows 10

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Chrome, Firefox, Safari

Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes I have reproduced the behaviour in two work locations and at home - iPhone and laptops don't work when using the network that hits the physical network.
Same laptops and iPhone work when using mobile data.

Additional comments:
I have captured proxy traffic via Fiddler and can see in failing situations errors similar to:

The connection to 'live4.igpmanager.com' failed. Error: TimedOut

Happy to provide logs to the devs.

Noticed that livery editor is also affected. There I get a JavaScript error about ‘width’. I can provide a screenshot of that if required. 

Livery editor with mobile data works without fault.

May I ask if you can try using a browser in private or incognito? In addition, please re-install the app.

Live race does not work on my PC and Mac across multiple browsers 

It works fine on my iPhone

So uninstalling the app is not going to handle this issue
