Driver Test

Many elite teams have multiple drivers on their books from the youth academy, my suggestion is to add a driver test function so that teams can test and compare the speed of their drivers.

The rules could be something like this...
Maximum 3 drivers permitted to take part. 
Each driver gets 5 laps each on the same track in the same weather conditions.
The test could cost 3 tokens to perform.
