Stavo acquistando un CD LIVELLO 19 e non mi ha accettato accettato altri token praticamente ho buttato 39 gettoni per niente, come posso risolvere il problema?

Hai fatto uno screenshot di quello che è successo? 

Se ho capito bene, tu seguivi una asta ed ad un certo punto non ti ha permesso più di rilanciare anche se avevi i token a disposizione?

 Prima di spendere 39 token per un CD non potevi contattarmi...

Mi dispiace tanto per gli inconvenienti.

Ho restituito i tuoi 39 token e aggiunto altri 6 token per compensare gli inconvenienti che ciò ha causato.
