new league mode

Should we have a different private "friendly" league mode so the admin could change the number of circuits, the settings on promotion and relegation? I personally race in a league composed by 12 people , all friends of mine, we are currently in pro but 4 people stayed in rookie because of the lack of people in rookie champ (a minimum of 8 people is needed in order to set promotion-relegation). I understand that this may cause some issues, in a way it is a big power by the admin, that's why i'm suggesting not to change the things already existing but adding a new "friendly" mode so we can enjoy this game 100percent...

Everything you speak of can be done by the League Manager already. You can have 5 races per season if you wish and turn off promotion/relegation.

You cant hale 5 race.  You can have only 15
