What did you try to do?
Use wets on wet track

What happened instead?
Inters were selected

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
Samsung

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
Galaxy S9

Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes, in the event of rain....i will...

Additional comments:
I understand this is common knowledge. People warn of this bug when conditions are wet, saying "dont do setup within 1 hour" or "manually select the advanced strategy 2x" ... but can it be 100% fixed?

Could u please be more precise?
- When did this happen? Pre race / start tyre? Or during race?
- How much mm water at that time?
- What were ur settings? Adv. options on? Use which tyre at what water depth?
- Which track/race/league? Quick glance at ur account seems like it didn't happen the last couple of days on the account u posted with.

3.2mm

strategy was on one stop wet/wet 13 / 13 laps. adv options on, when wet and 1mm of rain put intermediate when clear put soft after 10 laps.
- Which track/race/league? Quick glance at ur account seems like it didn't happen the last couple of days on the account u posted with.

That worked exactly as it should have then :)

Not a bug, so I'll move to help&support and mark as solved.

i don't know it works as it should when i put on a start wet tyres when it's 3,2mm and raining and i want to put intermediate when it PROBABLY will be 1mm and then suddenly it puts me on intermediate at start of the race.

You tell it to use Wets as main tyre and to switch to Intermediates when it's raining and more than 1mm of water. So yes, if it rains and 3.2mm of water, it should put you on intermediates, because that's what you asked. 3.2mm is more than 1mm.

I dont understand why you say it is a help/support issue when it the most well known BUG in the game. Ive played manager games for 14 years and when you select a tyre and the game decides to give you another tyre, and therefore compromises your race and season, it is a BUG, not a support issue!

Also, you moved the thread based on someone else's issue. Did i say that happened? No. I made the thread, his issue very different to mine!!!

Well, it looked like you were answering Cole's questions with another account, which happens all the time here and which was very reasonable to assume, because as Cole said, when you posted this 3 days ago, your race history of the current season didn't show any wet qualifying or race. It now does show one from Saturday, but that was after you made this thread, so it cannot be the one you were talking about. 
So can you answer Cole's questions? They are exactly the things we need to know to understand if it's a bug in your case or not. I'll remove the "solved" tag in the mean time.

Every race I've picked Wet tyres in, the game picked intermediate tyres instead it is good we can change the starting tyre once the race loads, but  because of the qualifying, i lost a possible win that race. I have the screenshot of me selecting Wet tyres, and i qualified on inters instead. I did not toggle advanced strategy.

So do you have a specific recent example, including link to the race results? Without that, no one can take a look at it.

Thanks. I think i understood it. Why is it so complicated? Surely just saying "use INTERS between x mm & y mm" and another option for wets would screw less people races...
