Anything to plan for after the level 8 facilities upgrade with Test Rig and Wind Tunnel?

The Young Drivers Academy although under Facilities for level 10 is about personnel not car development.

So I suppose the question is is there anything beyond?  The top team onwers are at level 13 so maybe nobody has ventured that far.

There are level 15 and 16s out there... We can only assume there will be more when updates are implemented

Yep there are changes to be implimented.  And as this is such a new game I am sure there will be a lot of development in this area as time goes on.
