Water depth limit??

The lowest temperature in the game is fixed to 5 degrees. Is there a similar limit in rainy weather? Is the water depth on the track stabilized after one level or is this depth unlimited?

I think the depth can only go to 5mm maximum. 

Max is 5mm, but you typically only see that with snow or the worst storms. It's rare.
