What lvl needed to recruit 20s

I built a level 5 youth facility, but I'm only a level 9 manager. At what level will 20 talents become available to re recruit. Thank you community and I look forward to the response.

I think I got one around 14 but obviously the odds increase as the level so 14-16 is probably a better guess

Hi. I remember reading on a couple posts that your youth academy needs to be at least level 10 to produce talent 20 drivers. (this is based on what I read, maybe an experienced manager can correct me if I'm wrong)

I tried it twice and I got 1 talent 16 driver. I'll wait for 14 to 16 then

On 11 lvl youth academy,  240 token had 4 pilot with 20t
