When 2 teams end Championship with same number of points and in the end the second one is the one that have more winning in 1 place.

Why are not both places 1 when they finished with same number of points. Or why the second one got to be second when actually wins the driver Championship and had more 1 places?

If 2 teams have same amount of points, the best result counts. For champ winner, that is probably a race win.
If (the one) best result is the same, the team who achieved it earlier in the season is ranked higher.

Attention: there used to be a bug, that race 1 (Australia) was not taken into account for tie breakers! So, winner of Malaysian GP would be champ. Dunno. if this is still the case.
