I have emailed support@igpgames.com three times over the past 4 days. I Have not received any responses.

Hi.
What is this relating to? The support team receive many emails and understandably they have a backlog to get through at the beginning of the working week. If they've decided your issue is a lower priority it might take a little longer to get a response.
That said, there is also the possibility that they have not seen the emails, although if you've sent three that seems to be unlikely.
I'll flag this thread for you and hopefully this will bring it to their attention.

I purchased tokens and have not received them. I forwarded the receipt as instructed in these forums. At this point I just want a refund. I just got an auto-response to my last email but my other emails probably ended up in a spam box or something.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear this. There will be an investigation in to what has happened as this is clearly unacceptable as it has been described.
It's 10pm here so our response might be slow but I can tell you that I've pinged the support team to look in to this when they are online.
