so i think i seen on a help post somebody mention about training your stamina and weight before anything else, and i just wondered the overall benefits/ effects that has on a driver. as i have 2 talent 20 drivers with stamina at 7, and most over stats the same. and ive been training driving ability more than anything and was wondering if its worth focusing on Physical.
i mean does it have the effect of a higher stamina stat = less health taken per training? its the only thing i can see being beneficial to training stamina first then spending less health training everything else. if thats not the case that i have zero clue.
thank you kindly in advance for any replies.

More stamina means that the driver is less exhausted after the race.
With more stamina left after race, you can train your driver more.
It's Doctor's star rating that influences how much health is spent while training.
One detail though, once all your stats are up to 20, except experience, you cannot train weight anymore.
That is why it is recommended to train it right away, to avoid forgetting it.

Stamina effects how much health your driver loses during the race as Wambou says.
This has 2 effects. Low health drivers are slower during the race (why you avoid training your driver before race starts). As health drops their pace will.
Second effect is as Wambou describes, lower healther after race reduces how much you can train your driver.

I did not thought of stamina effect during the race, it's nice to know :)

Other advantages of training the Physical attributes first (stamina and weight):
1. It appears to have only a minor effect on increasing the driver's level / star rating which means that the training speed doesn't reduce as the stamina rises and weight drops. Training Driving Ability first seems to have much more influence on increasing the level / star rating of a driver. You will most likely have already discovered as the driver level approaches your manager level the effectiveness and speed of training dramatically reduces. (When the driver has 5 red stars you only get 3% increase for each training session).
2. It used to be that if you trained all of the trainable attributes (all except Talent and Experience) to 20 before reducing the driver to minimum weight it was impossible to reduce weight any further. AFAIK this particular issue has been resolved by the Devs but I haven't tested it so would appreciate it if another experienced manager can confirm this.
