iGP - Fantasy League mode

Hi

We run a very small league of managers scattered around the globe and we have tried to create the truest sense of a level playing field with manager against manager by:
- Everyone joining with brand new teams
- Races are set to random to keep things interesting
- Race times are set out of hours times
- Managers need to set-and-forget they for the upcoming race

A couple of things that would make this game more enjoyable (and we’re more than happy to pay a monthly fee to run in this mode):
- Our US members have an advantage in being able to set their final strategy minutes before the race when our UK members are sleeping. We’d like to lock the strategy cut off time to sometime early evening UK time and everyone needs to have set it by then or they’re running default setup.
- Our US members can attend the race and use the boost button to outgun our other competitors. Could we set our league to attending means view only. This way we could set the league to a reasonable daytime hour and everyone could attend but not override the race they set
- please allow us to set two wet tyre strategies based on amount of rain
- please allow us to set push level and associated tyre per stint with maybe the ability to push Hard for 1 lap after tyre change
- please introduce a race replay feature. We can’t learn which elements of the strategy worked if we can’t see what our car progress, the weather and dry/rain meant to our position that race.

Suggestions 3 and 5 are ok.

Ours is a closed league with password control and access is via an invite from a friend only. We have people playing in our league from NL, UK and US. We’ve tried to keep the start time fair to ensure nobody attends and it’s true set-your-strategy-and-go-to-bed and we’ll see the following day who chose wisely. Those that attend always have an advantage. They’re able to push harder, run multiple tyre strategies and use their boost to avoid DRS or catch up to an AI driver to gain DRS.

Same as above. Unless we as managers can set these tweaks offline, those attending always have an advantage.
