I have many managers with intrest to join in my league. But our elite-tier is full. Since our league is full in the elite, i would like it to be possible to get these managers into the pro or beginner. It is possible to degrade the managers? Or which moderator/developer can do that?

I will flag this to support but I think it must be the manager that says they want to be demoted, not the host.

Currently I have a manager who is ready to degrade from the elite to the beginner. Should he sign up here in this thread?
How long will it take for him to get demotet?

He just needs to comment on this thread saying he wants to be demoted. I have flagged it to support, but it is a weekend so response times are slightly slower.
