Promotion Issue

Due to a manager being kicked by the game and not me with only two races to go I would like to apply to have the manager who has won the Pro league to be promoted. I had not kicked the manager has I wanted to keep promotion open and would have kicked him at the end of the season. Hope you can help in this matter.
