What happened instead?
It didn't pit. I was supposed to pit on lap 8 but I could tell it would have kept me out an extra lap (which I wouldnt have enough fuel for) so I pressed the pit now button. It didn't pit me at the end of the lap and kept me out and I ran out of fuel on lap 9. Again it didn't pit me so I went a whole lap with no fuel and I know I didn't cancel the pit stop. Due to this happening I finished 10th (I would have finished at least 4th and maybe even 1st).
