Race loading stops at 80%

What did you try to do?
I was returning to this game after recently getting a laptop. I noticed the league I was returning to was gonna have a race on so I tried to watch it.

What happened instead?
After 2 attempts, it got stuck at 80% for several minutes before I gave up.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
PC

What operating system is your PC?
32-bit

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Google chrome

Can the bug be reproduced?
I can try reloading the race again.

Additional comments:
I tried before I joined and after I joined mid-race.

Update: I tried spectating a different race, and that also stopped at 80%. I spectated a race with 4 cars and got to 92% before it stopped working.

I've been having an issue last couple days where it is taking an extended about of time to load. When I'm in the live race the cars are skipping. I've been kicked from the server multiple times a race. It creates a very difficult situation when trying to manage a race. It has only begun recently.

The situation kind of fixed itself last race, and now it is like that.

I'm on mobile. I deleted and reinstalled before my last race and it worked properly.
